Customized one-to-one mentorship for 5-MeO-DMT facilitators who want their work to keep developing—regardless of how they entered the field.
You have a foundation and a growing body of experience to work from. You may be newly trained, well established, or bringing developed skills from another therapeutic, clinical, or psychedelic modality into the particular terrain of 5-MeO-DMT.
You value honest reflection, thoughtful challenge, and another experienced set of eyes on your work. You are willing to examine your decisions, blind spots, relationships, and assumptions—and to remain impacted by what the work continues to teach you.
You are not looking for someone else’s formula to reproduce. You want to grow your approach in a way that adds more yet remains distinctly your own— while benefiting from experience you do not need to acquire entirely through trial and error.
In-person shadowing offers the opportunity for a mentee to observe several complete one-to-one containers lead by Chad, from preparation and relational orientation through medicine work, and integration. Repeated observation makes the nuances of the work and subtle decisions visible. Unpacking session flows in real-time provides a condensed zone of study and learning.
In-person supervision offers the opportunity for Chad to shadow you through complete one-to-one containers, from preparation and relational orientation through medicine work, and integration. This is where Chad gets to share his perspective on your container and offering in real time.
The basis of the mentorship is a regular sequence of in-depth connection calls that are custom-focused to your experience level and area of exploration.
Chad is deeply committed to the field & to continually critiquing and refining his own practice.
I apprenticed with Chad, learning from him how to prepare and lead sessions. I am a physician, so his teaching style felt immediately familiar: true bedside teaching, combining a clear and structured framework with observation, discussion, and progressively greater hands-on responsibility as knowledge, judgement, and confidence developed.
By the end of the apprenticeship, I felt comfortable leading sessions myself, which is a testament to the effectiveness of Chad’s teaching and the trust he places in those he mentors as their competence develops. Just as importantly, the apprenticeship did not end after the shadowing projects. Chad has remained an exceptionally generous and caring mentor, available for reflection and guidance as my own practice continues to develop.

We start with the initial call where we go over your application. Dates, times, and fee are on the booking calendar.
You’ll be directed to fill out an application form which we'll go over together during the call.
During or after our initial call, we will establish a working relationship with a package of mentorship calls based on your needs.
Every mentorship potential begins with an initial call where we explore your background, current facilitation, learning goals, questions, timeline, and preferred ways of working. If there’s alignment, we establish a working relationship with a level of commitment of one-on-one video calls.
The relationship can be focused around a defined area of development, case studies, or continue as an ongoing source of reflection as your work evolves. Though optional, many mentees then add shadowing and/or supervision projects.
