Welcome to Recognitions.ca (“Website”)! This Website is owned and operated by Beyond I Holdings Inc., a company registered in the province of Ontario, Canada ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and any disclaimers found throughout the Website, collectively (“Terms and Conditions”), as amended from time to time as such Terms and Conditions shall govern your use of the Website and any content contained herein. All amendments and updates to these Terms and Conditions are effective immediately upon notice, which we may give by any means, including but not limited to posting notice of the revision on the Website, or by pop-up on the Website or by email to you. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask that you do not access or use any part of Website. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority under applicable law to form a binding contract with the Company. If you access the Website from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to take whatever lawful actions we may deem appropriate in response to actual or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation.

You understand and agree that the Website, all content contained within the Website, including, but not limited to, its features, functionality, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, slogans, data, information, text, images, photographs, video and audio, as well as all content, in any format, sold through the Website, which shall include, but is not limited to any materials created, produced, sold, distributed or otherwise provided to you by Chad Charles or the Company (“Related Materials”), are owned by and form the intellectual property of the Company, its affiliates, or are used under license by the Company and are hereinafter collectively referred to as (“Intellectual Property”). You may only use the Intellectual property for your personal and non-commercial use and you must not directly, or indirectly, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, repost, create derivative works of, republish, store, or reuse any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of the Company or, where applicable, its affiliates and licensors.  

No right or license is granted, by implication or otherwise, to use any Intellectual Property other than to passively view such content while accessing the Website. You may download a single copy of the Intellectual Property for personal use only. You should assume that all Intellectual Property, in any medium, whether contained on the Website, Related Materials or purchased via the Website is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used, except as provided in the Terms and Conditions, without our prior written permission. This Website is for informational purposes only. We are not medical or mental health professionals, and the Website is not intended to offer medical, therapeutic, mental health or related advice from the Company. Please do not rely on the Website for any such support or advice. The Website may provide you with information about our programs, training, ideas, opinions or facilitate your booking of an appointment with Chad Charles, but are not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.  

All content contained within the Website and Related Materials has been derived from the Company’s and its affiliates’ personal research and study and has not been evaluated, verified or certified by a licensed medical or legal professional. Nothing contained or posted on this Website shall be relied upon or interpreted as medical, legal or psychiatric advice. Governing Law and Choice of Forum
The Website and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule, notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.  
You hereby consent and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in or near Ontario, Canada, with respect to any action arising in connection with the Website or its content.

You consent to the exchange of information and documents between us electronically over the internet or by e-mail. If you have purchased a product or service from the Company, the Company may send you information and documents to the e-mail address provided in the course of purchasing such product. Severability
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms and Conditions or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.

Introduction.
Beyond I Holdings Inc. (“the Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy and provides you with this Privacy Policy to clarify our policies regarding our collection, use, disclosure and management of the personal information you provide use when engaging with our Website, the services we offer through our Website or any, third-party links, websites or platforms we use. Any terms that are capitalized in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Website or submit any personal information to us as doing so will signify to us that you have accepted these terms. This Privacy Policy was last amended September 9th, 2026.

What We Collect. 
Information You Provide to Us
 
We, and our third-party service providers, may collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us, submit information via an online form, sign up for our services offered through the Website, participate in our training programs or otherwise communicate with us. The categories of information we may collect include:  
  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and address, date of birth, and other similar identifiers; 
  • Payment information, such as your credit card information; 
  • Personal health information, including information about your mental health, previous treatments, general health, or diagnoses; 
  • Any testimonial information you provide us for use on the Website; 
  • Information you make available to us on a social media platform (such as by clicking on a social media icon linked from our Services), including usernames, posts, pictures, videos, and messages; 
  • Reviews, and other user content stored or entered into our Website or associated forms, links or platforms;
  • Any other information you provide to us while using our Website or in connection with the services offered on our Website. 

Training Programs
Our training programs are conducted via video conference over Zoom. Please review Zoom’s terms of service and privacy policy prior to participating in any of our online programs. By participating in our online programs you will be deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy as well as Zoom’s privacy policy and terms of service. You further acknowledge and accept that our online video calls may be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded during program video calls it is your responsibility to inform the Company prior to participating in the program to determine whether it is possible to avoid the recording of your voice or image. 

Information Collected Automatically 
We, and our third-party service providers, may collect certain information automatically when you use our Website through the use of cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. The categories of information we may automatically collect include: 
  • Identifiers, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and advertising identifiers, cookie IDs, and other electronic identifiers;  
  • Details regarding the device you use to interact with some of our Services, such as its location, operating system, browser type, and your internet service provider; 
  • Geolocation data of the device you are using to access Services; 
  • Details about your use of our Website, such as the pages that you visit, the date and time of your visit, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Website, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.  

The technologies we use in connection with our Website and to offer our services automatically collect information using cookies, (small files placed on the hard drive of your computer to keep track of your preferences, passwords and other information to streamline your interaction with those technologies). This may include but is not limited to, service providers who host the Website, enable booking functions, sending or receiving of communications to/from you; 
  • to comply with a law, regulation, legal or regulatory process, Court order, or where we are otherwise legally required to;

  • to enforce this Privacy Policy or the Company’s Terms and Conditions, or if the disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, the Website and other platforms we use, or third parties, but in no such circumstance will we disclose your personal health information, unless required by law or regulation; and 
  • We may use anonymous and de-identified personal information you provide us to improve our Website and services, without further notice to you and without your consent.

Retention and Safety of Your Personal Information.
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. 
We take your privacy seriously and have taken measures to protect your personal information including by maintaining physical, organizational, and technological safeguards against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, theft, or misuse appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected. Unfortunately, no company can fully eliminate these risks entirely and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches of our security systems will never occur. 
If you choose to communicate with us by email it is important to understand that email is not encrypted and the possibility exists that unauthorized individuals may intercept email messages. The Company and its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents are not responsible for the privacy and security of email messages except those stored in our system.

The Company is located in Canada.
